The client needed help training their staff on Lean concepts and Six Sigma applications to achieve better results.
RESULTS
LUZCO provided Lean Six Sigma training to EMBRAER to help the company leverage results, focused on waste elimination and valuable time optimization. This training included 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Total Quality, Shop Floor Management, Lean Concepts, Problem Solving, Kaizen projects, and Standardized work.
