As a Substation Engineering Lead at LUZCO, Stevan Valladares oversees a team of engineers and designers to ensure the successful completion of client projects. Stevan guides his team through every step, from defining the scope to executing full design packages to managing entire construction processes. He is an Electrical Engineering Graduate from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with more than 10 years of experience in the utility substation design industry. His expertise includes Substation Design, Greenfield Stations, Brownfield Stations, Field Supervision, Station Start-Ups, Station Start-Up procedures, and creating and updating standards. Stevan’s team is currently working on extensive Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
