Joyelle Gerner has spent more than a decade of her career in fundraising, database management, and event planning. She currently leads the LUZCO Technologies Accounting and Human Resources Team, applying her expertise in human resources compliance, data and budget management, and program execution to ensure our firm can operate effectively and efficiently every day. Joyelle supervises all Human Resources and Accounting roles from conflict resolution to benefits and payroll management. She also oversees the LUZCO recruitment program and maintains LUZCO’s relationships with colleges, universities, and trade schools in the St. Louis region.
