Matt Klaus was named the Special Projects Group Lead after consistently delivering exceptional results as a Project Manager in Transmission, Facilities Construction Management, Security Upgrades, and Underground Utilities at LUZCO Technologies. He joined LUZCO with more than 15 years of experience managing projects in the construction industry, where his responsibilities included design, estimating, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout of multiple multimillion-dollar projects simultaneously. Matt has worked closely with cross-functional teams, consisting of engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to deliver a superior finished product; and his skills include planning, researching, contract language, scoping, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, construction management, procurement, and project closeouts. Under Matt’s guidance, the LUZCO Special Projects Group’s portfolio of services includes Facilities Construction Management, Utilities Construction, Environmental Services, and local Municipality Construction Program Oversight.
