Ross Massey is LUZCO’s Transmission Project Management Lead, responsible for guiding and directing his team to successfully deliver projects on time and within scope and budget. Prior to joining LUZCO, Ross led and managed numerous project teams – through planning, design, procurement, construction and close-out – for complex multimillion-dollar Transmission and Distribution projects. He has more than 12 total years of project management experience, with 8 years dedicated to the Power and Utility industry. He has been a PMP-credentialed Project Manager for more than 7 years. In addition to his Project Management roles, Ross has served in the Illinois Army National Guard since 1999. His service includes managing projects in Grafenwoehr, Germany and a deployment to Afghanistan as a company commander.
