Andi Siman is a customer-driven and analytically minded professional with a background in Customer Experience. Andi had more than 4 years of experience as a Project Controls Specialist when he was named the Lead of the LUZCO Project Controls Group. As the Project Controls Lead, Andi has developed a team that is specialized in creating resources and cost-loaded schedules, with critical paths and baselines to measure project performance against constrained milestones for design and construction. The team’s dedication to scheduling and cost controls has been integral for the Program Delivery Group’s ability to meet deliverables on time and keep costs on budget. Andi coordinates with engineers and the project management team to ensure project schedules are up to specification and are developed on time. To date, his team has scheduled more than 40 projects with values of $240 million.
