He has a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams—including engineers, contractors, and suppliers—to deliver high-quality outcomes. His areas of expertise include project planning, research, contract language, scoping, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, procurement, and construction management.

As the PMO Manager, Matt continues to elevate project delivery standards across LUZCO. The Special Projects Group’s growing portfolio includes Facilities Construction Management, Utilities Construction, Environmental Services, and local Municipality Construction Program Oversight.
