Dan Bax came to LUZCO Technologies with more than 16 years of experience in the Electric Utility industry. He started as an engineer after earning a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He then expanded his skills set into Transmission Line & Substation Construction, including being the lead Construction Engineering Supervisor on the Illinois Rivers 330-mile 345kV greenfield construction project. Dan also has 4+ years of experience in Nuclear Power where he was a program engineer, attended Operations License Class, and was the Equipment Reliability Manager at the Callaway Nuclear Plant. He also has experience with the construction and commissioning of 150+ MW Solar Energy Facilities. Dan has developed the skills to manage a project from the initial engineering phase all the way through commissioning for operation. He is now taking those skills and growing LUCZO’s substation department to meet and exceed client expectations.
