Human Resources Manager
Sarah Fleming is the Human Resources Manager at LUZCO Technologies, LLC. Sarah’s primary role is to acquire talented individuals with the strategic vision and drive LUZCO seeks. She is also responsible for onboarding new employees, representing LUZCO at career fairs nationwide, maintaining LUZCO’s relationships with colleges and trade schools, and strengthening our talent acquisition processes. In addition, Sarah’s previous experience working in fast-paced, strenuous industries has sharpened her skills in streamlining operating procedures, conflict mediation, and quality management.
